I ordered PSVR1 and PSVR2 lenses, both equipped with blue light filters. Despite their claims of a quick shipping process, I had to inquire about my order after waiting two weeks with no shipment. Eventually, the lenses were shipped, although it took three weeks; they arrived promptly and without any issues.

I paid an additional $20 ($10 for each lens) for the blue light filters, but both pairs of lenses arrived without them. I thoroughly checked and confirmed this with a local optician.

I reached out to customer support for clarification. They responded quickly, stating they would investigate the matter. After some time, I followed up but received no further response.

Consequently, I opened a PayPal dispute to seek clarification officially and requested a partial refund of $20 for the missing filters. There was no response. I escalated the dispute to a claim. While they did respond, they were aware that customers cannot see their messages once the issue is in PayPal's hands. PayPal ultimately denied my claim, stating that the purchase/product isn't covered by them. Be cautious; there are other companies with much better products and customer support.
